Alrighty then raft regatta done for another year, it floated, no one drowned and we came with a trophy for bush sculpture, i herald the weekend as a success.
No we move on to better and brighter things such as the redcliffs lunar fest were we will enter a float in the parade and show of how good redcliffs are, we have recycled the scouts float from the mardigras parade and will just tweak the theme of the float to suit the lunar fest which is still to come.
We also have the hike coming up in the next few months which i heard from a little birdy will be a bike hike, location still to be advised.
We would also like to welcome new scouts harley and ben who showed exceptional scouting at the raft race

I always found Raft Regatta to be the best camp of the year... for leaders that like to sit under a tree and chew grass.
Are you guys doing the Relay For Life?
I think it was said at Mindari that its a foot hike, not a bike hike, as we haven't done a proper foot hike for awhile (Grampians doesn't count as they don't have to carry their stuff! :P)

yeah hopefully ill get to the next mindari, noel said it might be a bike hike so ill wait till i find out for sure, yeah i think were doing realy for life as a group see how we go...
